Serving the Campbelltown to Lake Macquarie area in NSW with in-person services and offering remote support across Australia, we focus on preteens to young adults under 35, supporting our clients with their NDIS plans and assisting in achieving their goals.

Support Coordination
Our support coordination service helps NDIS participants understand and implement their NDIS plan. Our dedicated support coordinators assist in navigating the NDIS system, connecting with the right services, and achieving personal goals. We enhance your ability to engage with supports, fostering independence, relationship management, and community inclusion.
Individual Living Options
You no longer need to compromise your privacy or share living spaces with others. Individual living options provide ways for people with disabilities to live independently or with support. Whether wanting to live alone, with family, or friends, we explore your options beyond the standard supported independent living, personalising to your support needs.
Daily Activities/ Social & Community Support
ADC, can assist with daily activities by providing personalised support to enhance independence and well-being. They offer guidance on accessing social and community programs, helping individuals build meaningful connections and engage in activities that promote inclusion and personal growth.
Short Term Accommodation
We locate disability-friendly accommodation for participants, ensuring they can select their preferred locations and attend activities of interest. This includes arranging wheelchair-accessible venues and transportation.
